The sound of the gong is the 'unstruck' sound of the heart: Anahata. A Gong Immersion is healing ultrasound for your soul & body. At over 80% water content, the body can be vibrated back into harmony. Your mind is delivered to deep meditative stillness as your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems are balanced.
